By renting a dumpster from EKY Dumpsters, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Period & Fees
Payment is required in full before delivery. Overloaded dumpsters or exceeding weight limits may incur extra charges.

2. Delivery & Pickup
Ensure the delivery site is accessible. If blocked, rescheduling fees may apply.
Dumpsters must not be moved without prior approval.

3. Prohibited Items
Do not dispose of hazardous materials, tires, electronics, batteries, medical waste, flammable items, or any restricted items. Violations may result in fines.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Do not overload dumpsters. Keep the area around the dumpster clear for safe pickup and delivery. Report any issues or damage promptly.

5. Liability
EKY Dumpsters is not responsible for damage to property during delivery or pickup. Renters are liable for any damage caused to the dumpster during the rental period.

6. Cancellations
